Due to continued growth, Autoleague have a position for a part-time WHS Officer to join our friendly People and Culture team located in Berwick.
You will be working for the National Manager Safety and Wellbeing assisting with reporting, safety and administration for the VIC dealerships.
ROLE:
- Manage online databases, employee records and the safety email inbox.
- Ensure document control by updating processes to ensure standardisation of documents.
- Prepare and submit monthly reporting.
- Assist in following up incidents and safety hazards reported and following through the investigation process.
- Contribute to continuous development of WHS processes and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the Manager Safety and Wellbeing as required.
YOU:
- Autonomous & diligent with ability to take full ownership & accountability for your workload.
- Computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communications skills orally & written
- Certificate IV in safety or equivalent
- Current drivers’ licence
- Due to the ongoing nature of the role, you are required to have unrestricted working rights within Australia.
